• Yoga & Mindfulness for Kids

During her time as a principal in St. Louis, Jessica became certified in children’s yoga to help students find calmness and joy after the pandemic. Now, she excited to share that same energy with themed yoga experiences that blend movement, mindfulness, and creativity. Sessions are sometimes indoors, sometimes under the open sky but each involves a book that invites children to celebrate the joy of being together and affirm their place in the world.

  • Family Connection & Exploration

Our gatherings invite families to rest, play, and explore the outdoors together. By reclaiming space, rewriting stories, and remembering that nature has always been ours, our together is an act of resistance. Whether we’re sharing a meal, reading under a tree, or simply being still, each experience reminds us that we belong to the land, to each other, and to joy itself.

  • Consultation and Partnership

Jessica partners with schools, organizations, and communities to reimagine learning through the lens of joy, creativity, play, and holistic well-being. Her consultations are conversations, grounded in curiosity and collaboration, that invite us to explore the possibilities that emerge when we redefine what learning is, where it can happen, and whose knowledge is valued along the way.
